Wilson & Cousins, FE-31, is a heavy duty, adjustable hydrant and coupling wrench. The wrench is used for pentagon hydrant nuts up to 1-3/4″ from point to flat. Also, a spanner wrench for pin or rocker lug couplings between 1-1/2″ to 6″.
